The Schuyler County Health Department has been providing health services to county residents since 1978. Our Health Department is a Medicare Certified Home Health Provider. Our health care team provides services under the direction of our physician. We specialize in individualized care and focus on assisting our clients to recover from surgery or illness and to address additional health concerns.

Four Reasons to Utilize our Skilled Nursing Services

1. We provide the patient with specialized care including I.V. Therapy, care of venous access devices, dressing changes, injections, venipunctures, catheter and colostomy care
2. We work with client and family to develop a plan of care, which will assist the client in obtaining optimal health.
3. We educate client and family regarding health care, disease care processes and assist persons in obtaining medical equipment.
4. We provide professional nurses who work in conjunction with your physician's orders.
