Include but not limited to:
Screenings-diabetic, cholesterol, blood pressure, heoglobin, AIDS, TB, A1C, Pro/Time, Injections and blood draws for labs per physician orders, pregnancy, etc.
Prenatal Program-prenatal & high risk pregnancy case management with patient responsible for paying hospital delivery services and physician. They can issue temporary Medicaid cards to pregnant mothers.
Healthy children and youth exams-by appointment only (Physical Examinations for students & employeers)
Ryan White Program.
Day Care program consultations.
Immunizations for children & adults as required by MO State & CDC.
Flu immunizations.
Family Planning Clinic, Birth Control Clinic, Pap Smears, etc.
WIC.
Referral Services
Birth/Death Certificates.
Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy.
Show Me Healthy Women-Breast, Cervical & Cancer control programs.
STD testing
Public Health Education.
Environmental Health Inspection Specialists.
Provides Food handling classes for completion of Adair County Ordinance policies & food operating certificates to the Food Facilities
