Field Services-Provide probation services, educational programs, diversion programs, filing of court documents in abuse/neglect and delinquency cases.
Residential Treatment Unit-Provide residential treatment in a structural therapeutic environment for youth between the ages of 12 and 18 with moderate to several level behavioral needs.
Secure Detention Unit- Provide short term accountability to youth that have committed delinquent acts or have behaviors that are injurious to themselves or others.

Assists with Social Security claims/filing and the Supplemental Security Income Programs. Also assists with Medicare entitlement. Social Security is work-related and pays monthly benefits to certain workers and their dependents. The Supplemental Security Income Program is need-related and pays benefits to individuals who are disabled, or age 65+ and meet income and resource limits.

Description of Services and Other Information:
Loan programs available for very low to moderate income applicants to purchase a house if they currently do not own adequate housing and are unable to obtain credit elsewhere. Also have a loan and/or grant program for very low income individuals or families to assist them with any needed repairs to the home they currently own.
• To be eligible for a grant, applicant(s) has to be at least 62 years of age and these funds can only be used to remove any safety and health hazards. A grant can not exceed a lifetime maximum of $7500 and is only available to those applicants who have no repayment ability for a loan. A Grant A greement is signed to ensure that the property does not sell or transfer title within three years from the date of the grant approval, if it does than the grant is to be repaid.
• The loan program is offered at a 1% interest rate with repayment for up to 20 years, so it is very affordable for the very low income families ($4.60 payment per $1000). Promissory Note only for loans up to $2500, above $2500 we will take a deed of trust on the property. Maximum at any one time would be $20,000 for loans.

Loans and grants for water and waste projects for cities and villages and Community Facility loans and grants to assist with needed community facilities.

Rural Development financed several multi family housing complexes in our service area. If a person is looking for housing to rent, they can contact our office to inquire about a contact person for rental information. We can also provide the locations of these rental properties.
